We do not use cookies

This site sets no cookies. We use no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising networks and no social media embeds.

That is why there is no cookie banner. Its absence is not an oversight; there is simply nothing to ask you about.

No forms and no accounts

The site has no contact form, no booking system, no newsletter and no login. We therefore never receive your name, email address or any other detail through this website.

The price calculator runs entirely in your own browser. Your selections are not sent to us and are not stored anywhere. When you press the booking button your browser opens a text message whose content you can see and edit before sending. Nothing is sent automatically.

Server logs

The server hosting this site records a technical log of each request: IP address, timestamp, requested address, response code, referring page and browser identification.

This is used only for security and troubleshooting. The lawful basis is legitimate interest, namely keeping the site working and protected from abuse.

Logs are deleted automatically after 14 days. They are not combined with other data, not shared onward, and not used for profiling or marketing.

Phone and text message

When you call or text, your phone number and the content of your message reach us through ordinary telephone service. We use it only to arrange your appointment and to contact you about it.

The website plays no part in that and stores no enquiries.

Service providers

The site is hosted on a DigitalOcean server within the European Union. The certificate is issued by Let's Encrypt.

Fonts and images are served from our own server, so your browser contacts no third party while you view the site.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to data about you, to have it corrected, to request erasure and to object to processing. Since we collect no identifiable customer data through the website, in practice the only data relating to you is a short-lived server log.

You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland if you believe we process your data unlawfully.
